About this piece
An heirloom mirror, its glass shattered, slowly being reclaimed by thorned rose vines. One dusty-rose bloom has opened anyway, in the upper corner, where the light gets in.
Some days the hardest place you have lived is inside your own head. Coming through it counts. This is a quiet badge for the people who kept going when staying still felt easier.
The cracks are still there. So is the flower. Both are true, and you are allowed to wear both.
The artwork leans devotional without becoming costume: candle flame, moon phases, and quiet floral ornament arranged like a private altar with excellent table manners.
Printed on soft ringspun cotton with a lightly weathered finish, so the whole thing reads less novelty tee and more found object with excellent timing.
