About this piece

The top reads 'I AM HAVING A REACTION.' The bottom, in smaller italics, adds the only word that matters: 'privately.'
Drawn as an antique natural-history engraving in charcoal-black ink with a single muted rust-red accent on the surrounding ferns, mushrooms, and wildflowers. For anyone who feels everything intensely and would prefer you didn't notice.
The artwork leans devotional without becoming costume: candle flame, moon phases, and quiet floral ornament arranged like a private altar with excellent table manners.
